Building identity for human-like AI
The name MAIA comes from "Multilingual AI Assistant". It is a Conversational AI solution built as integrated software platform used for delivering Chatbots / Voice bots / Virtual assistants in various languages. The MAIA Platform is build as cloud reusable solution. The goal of the product is to eventually fully replace communication with customers, being capable of helping anytime, anywhere, and in any language, making conversations easy, so customers feel like chatting with a friend.

The idea behind the logo mark is to represent the face of a robot and at the same time a chat bubble, to highlight the communication element of the product. The logo mark also has very curved corners, which makes the logo more friendly looking, therefore approachable as was one of the important aspects stated by the Maia team.
Colors and typography
The chosen colors are strong, warm, and attention demanding. In order to always achieve this strong visual effect, I intentionally opted not to create a logo version for a white or bright background.
The font used for the logo is an adaptation of Din Alternative. The font has been curved to imply friendliness, and to give the logo a more unique feel, the openings of the "a"s are in the shape of the logo mark message bubble.
Social Media
Social Media plays a vital role in the visibility of a product. That highlights the importance of building Social Media content, revolving around the three major Content Pillar categories: 
1. Educational - calling out mistakes, myths and misconceptions, and tips and tricks.
2. Inspirational - content that inspires, and fun facts and stories.
3. Promotional - events, addressing objections, and sharing social proof, and testimonials.
